Angels' Share is Kilian Hennessy's most personal creation to date, inspired by his status as the eighth-generation heir to the Hennessy family's expertise in cognac making. Just as a master perfumer crafts the accords and essences of a fragrance, a master blender combines eaux-de-vie in perfect proportions to create an exceptional cognac. This creation draws its inspiration from the depths of the cellars that shaped the founder's mind and memory, and from their most mysterious dimension: "the angels' share," the evaporation of spirits that occurs during aging in oak casks, like a silent offering to the gods.
