Glorious
Taille

In its signature Boadicea bottle, we have Glorious, a celebration of difference inspired by the warrior queen and her unwavering determination to succeed. The desire was to create an unconventional fruity floral fragrance that would be intriguing and could bewitch the wearer. Glorious surprises from the start with a glossy, juicy accord charged with playful mischief. Raspberry, plum, and peach blossoms mingle deliciously on the skin, while apple and pineapple bring a celestial effervescence. As the fruity tones dissipate, Glorious unfolds like a fine wine, smooth and utterly divine. The jasmine heart provides a palpable sense of luxury, while the use of cardamom and nutmeg conveys the air of nonconformity that has become synonymous with Boadicea The Victorious. (Unlike the original, Glorious is clear in color following the removal of a dye.)

Boadicea The Victorious

Boadicea the Victorious, named after the British warrior queen, is the personal creation of hairstylist Mickael Boadi, who has worked in the international fashion world for almost 20 years. Collaborating with many fashion houses (Gucci, Missoni, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel…), he has styled the hair of some of the most beautiful women in the fashion world, such as Kate Moss, Giselle, Jennifer Lopez, and Madonna.

As a passionate individual, he learned the perfumer's trade on his own; his approach is not limited by conventions, remaining free to create truly original perfumes that attract many fans.

Boadicea the Victorious, launched at Harrods in London in 2009, was an unprecedented launch in the world of luxury perfumes with a signature, an engraving, tin bottles (designated "new design award" by the fashion bible, Wallpaper magazine). Michelle Obama even asked for a meeting with Mickael Boadi and chose 3 perfumes which she brought back to the White House.

These unisex perfumes are inspired by Mickael's travels around the world during his fashion shoots, the olfactory memory of a walk in the bellflower woods next to Kate Moss's country house (Delicate) or the citrus gardens of the Missoni family (Invigorating).
