Ortigia Sicilia was born on a small island off Syracuse – a place steeped in Greek temples, Arab gardens, and baroque stone. Founded in 2006 by Sue Townsend, the house translates this singular beauty into perfumes, soaps, creams, and candles made from the island's finest natural ingredients.

Inspired by the historical richness and wild beauty of the island, the Eau de Parfum Melograno (Pomegranate) by Ortigia Sicilia is a bold and contrasting olfactory celebration. The pomegranate, an exotic fruit with a dry and slightly bitter scent, was the personal symbol of sovereigns who ruled Sicily, such as Maximilian I and Catherine of Aragon.
This fragrance perfectly encapsulates this imperial grandeur: it opens with a luminous burst of Sicilian citrus, quickly revealing a vibrant heart where pomegranate reigns supreme, softened by delicate touches of rose and jasmine.
