Tom Ford
Tom Ford was born in Austin, Texas, but spent most of his childhood in Santa Fe, New Mexico. As a teenager, Ford moved to New York City and enrolled at New York University, initially to study art history. He later changed course to study architecture at Parsons School of Design in New York and Paris, and completed his training in New York.
It all begins with a refreshing burst of bergamot and carrot seed. This unexpected duo proves to be both retro and invigorating. Then, the flowers take over the Soleil Neige fragrance. Its heart intertwines ivory petals, like silky clouds against a blue sky. Here, we find rose, jasmine, and orange blossom. Then, little by little, Soleil Neige warms up. As the hours pass, the sun becomes more powerful and incandescent. The base of this fragrance contains benzoin, labdanum, and vanilla.
