The power of the opening note is heightened by the use of Saffron. The texture of Tar Birch is further complicated to closely resemble both sides of the leather: the smooth, full-grain side is highlighted by Labdanum Cistus from Andalusia, and the supple suede side is accentuated by Benzoin Absolute from Laos.
