Terrible customer service. Ordered on the 31st of May, it is now 28th of August, 3
Months later and still haven’t received my parcel. Follows up with them after multiple attempts of reaching out with a response, they said they had shipping restrictions and the items are being sent back to them because the courier returned them, 2 months later I asked for my refund since their courier partner had the items with them and were returning them to PA, they told me they can’t refund me until the receive back the items in their shop, found that weird as they are the ones in a partnership with the shipping partner, not me. They insisted we wait for the item to be returned to them. They returned them about 2 weeks again and still I haven’t received my refund and they ignoring my emails. I’ve sent 2 emails in August and they were both ingnored.
Placed an order of 2 MFK fragrances on June 28th it’s now August and I still haven’t receive my items, tracking….NOTHING

Le parfum est magnifique, délicat et élégant, exactement comme je l’espérais. La livraison a été très rapide et le colis était soigneusement emballé. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié les échantillons de parfum offerts avec ma commande, c’est une très jolie attention. Une excellente expérience, je recommande vivement Première Avenue et je commanderai certainement à nouveau ! ❤️🌹

Problème livraison avec retard. J’envoi un mail pour avoir des informations. On me donne la date de ma commande…. Merci je la connais puisque j’ai fait la commande…. Puis un numéro de suivi mais aucun lien pour vérifier. Pas pro.
