Havana Tonka by Byredo explores a nocturnal, warm, and enveloping atmosphere through a composition centered on roasted tonka bean. The opening retains a beautiful luminosity thanks to bergamot, quickly warmed by rum and pink pepper. A nuance of crème brûlée adds a caramelized sweetness that gives the ensemble a gourmand depth without erasing its dark character.
At the heart, tobacco leaf establishes a dry, smoky depth, softened by violet and the supple texture of suede. Cashmere wood reinforces this warm, velvety sensation, creating a natural transition toward a denser base.
The tonka bean then reveals itself in a roasted, sweet, and slightly resinous facet. Patchouli provides an earthy depth while musks extend the fragrance close to the skin. From the Night Veils collection, Havana Tonka is a rich and textured extrait de parfum, where liquorous, tobacco, and gourmand accents meet in a sophisticated and sensual sillage.
